I've had three very precious Playbills displayed poorly for lack of a proper display.I had been looking at this frame for quite some time before finally deciding to spend the money. The Playbills it was to hold cannot be replaced so it seemed like a decent investment.The frame arrived in a thick box, carefully wrapped and very carefully packaged. Zero damage. The seller absolutely takes pride in their item.Putting it together was a small challenge for one of my Playbills is much thicker than the others, causing them to slip each time I tried to hang the frame.So I sat and stared and tried to figure it out.When one receives the frame, the mats need to be popped out to create the cut-out place for the Playbills. Using those pop-outs, I was able to place them across the backs of the Playbills creating thicker braces to prevent them from sliding then refastened the entire thing back together.I used a quarter for the little black bendy tabs. They probably have a proper name but let's go with the bendy tabs.It took me about five tries to get my Playbills straight... and one is still crooked. I just don't want to get in there again from fear of breaking the bendy tabs.Anyways, in all -AWESOME frame, well made, lovingly packaged.
