Solid product really good print quality!I ordered S/M based upon hats I’ve ordered in past. Well, guess what? Perfect fit. Had just one hat made with the name I use on several auto & truck forums. I have about 20 different hats in my collection. This one just became my favorite. Not because it’s new. Because it’s me!! Great fit, well made, lettering was exactly even across front. Used my hat to promote my children’s book,“Give That Child A Mouth.”The image that was given to the seller was a 4000 x 4000-pixel image at 300DPI. This is a very high res photo to make it easy to scale to the size needed without compromising image quality. (I scaled it to make sure). When the product arrived, and I opened the box I was very disappointed to see this of my logo embroidered on the hat. There are stitch runs crossing the logo where they shouldn't be. Some of the letters don't look like the letters that they are supposed to look like. After contacting the seller they promptly gave me a refund and were more than helpful to resolve this. The only thing that i wish is that the seller contacted me,as they proved they can do it very quickly through Amazon, and informed me that the logo was pretty complex and it might not turn out like I would have expected due to how small it had to be shrunk.Great attention to detail & customer service was A+I received my product with USPS tracking from Colorado (also a big +)Upon receiving my product [4 days later] the fit was spot on, the stitching was tight and professional BUT I notice an error in the coloring in some small details of the graphic, so I contacted “Unameit”I received immediate communication with a note stating the error would be immediately corrected to my satisfaction. I received my corrected product and as you can see from the photos it is PERFECT!!! You can even make out my fire company station # “21” on the helmet which is a pretty small font!Super impressed! I will absolutely be a repeat customer....100% SATISFIEDHat is a bit snug but stretches to size rather quickly, this is not a UNAMEIT problem but a Flexfit brand issue....it almost always happens for me with this brand I am a size 7 1/2 headTried finding a hat from my employer's "official" store - but everything was too small. With permission to reprint the logo, I came across this item, which was available in XXL size. I couldn't be happier! The embroidery looked better than the options from the official store. Shipped in about a week and a half, which was ahead of schedule. Really impressed with that turnaround time for a single, custom item. Love the hat, appreciate the seller, I will definitely be buying from them again!My hat arrived exactly as I hoped. They did an excellent job!
